This policy explains how The Undernet LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through theunder.net.

What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever is in your message. We keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of our dealings with you.

Server logs. Our web host records standard request information: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referring page, and browser user-agent. These are used to operate and secure the site and are retained for a limited period.

Client project data. During an engagement we may process data belonging to a client, including data about that client's own users. We do so only as instructed by that client and under our agreement with them. If you are an end user of a product we built for someone else, that company's privacy policy governs your data, not this one.

What we don't do
